Wheat
A clean, straightforward, refreshing summer beer. Lower alcohol, light hop American Style that should be enjoyed with a lemon. Great with spicier foods, chicken wings, curry.

Brown
Malty sweet with lingering aftertaste. Low hop, higher alcohol, smooth malty finish. Try it with a Cobb Salad or sweet potato fries.

IPA
English style. Lower hop than American IPA's. Clean finish. More of session beer, many rounds. Drink it by itself... in a tree... with a Redhead...or crabcakes are good.  Unfortunately, we are currently out, but a new batch is brewing.

Stout
Big, dark and clean. A loose interpretation of an Irish Style, Pog ma thion. Roasted malts and barley. Good strong hops nicely balanced. Not sweet. Good with hearty food; Cheese soup, Welsh rarebit, you get the point.

Porter
Smooth chocolate roasted, slightly sweet. Big higher alcohol beer with low hop. Drinks like a nerf, hits like a lawn Dart. Food? Chocolate creme brule.

Scottish
Big and smooth. High alcohol and hop flavor. Big finish with both maltiness and hops. Not a real good food beer since it's a meal by itself. Half a haggis in every pint. It's Scottish, it's not crap.

Chili Beer
You know you want it. Come and get it, Pansy - I dare ya. Pale beer with Habaneros in it. Actually not too hot - The perfect bite. Smooth and clean, blah blah blah. Just drink it (with a salad if you have to).

Pale Ale
Clean and crisp, copper color and dry hopped making it a nice floral beer. Classic California pale ale. Great with burgers, fish and chips, even a slice of pizza.
